Aaron is a Lowcountry favorite (being a Myrtle Beach boy, after all…) and after traveling the world and working in NYC, we are so happy he’s “home” and coming to visit us in sunny Charleston!! Aaron’s Bio
Aaron Burr recently returned home to the Carolinas after spending 7+ years as a professional dancer in NYC. He’s taught at NYC’s Broadway Dance Center, Showstopper Dance Conventions, Joffrey Ballet School’s Musical-Theatre Summer Intensive, the Broadway Artist Alliance, the Bold Dance Project, and more! Aaron is the founder of the Palmetto Tap Intensive that takes place annually in Myrtle Beach, SC and tap-choreographer for Celtic Fyre at Busch Gardens Williamsburg
Credits include A Celebration of Cole Porter featuring Harry Connick, Jr (Broadway), Tap Dogs (International Tour), Dr. Dolittle featuring Tommy Tune (National Tour), and Rhythmic Circus: Feet Don’t Fail Me Now (National Tour). Burr has also been seen tap dancing on NBC’s World of Dance, NBC’s America’s Got Talent, and ABC’s Good Morning America. Additional credits include Goodspeed Opera House, Marriott Theatre (Chicago), Merry Go Round Playhouse, Holland America Cruise Lines, and Hapag Lloyd Cruise Lines.
